House portrait commission of Thurlow Road, Bristol

In December I was commissioned to paint a house on Thurlow Road, Bristol, a private commission for someone who had grown up there and whose mother was leaving the house after a very long time. This was a surprise Christmas present for the son. Watercolour & ink.

Chapel Allerton Arts Trail September 2020

It was a pleasure to exhibit some of my work in The Little Bookshop as part of the Chapel Allerton Arts Trail, 4th - 6th September, and to also see everyone else's work in the shop windows along the route. Working on a couple of commissions that came about following this..

 

Just before and at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic I started a commercial commission for a developer to illustrate some of their properties in Yorkshire for their website and portfolio. Unfortunately the pressures of COVID mean the commission has been temporarily halted. Here are the drawings I completed to date. Looking forward to being able to continue with this interesting commission.
