Another great Sketch Club Social - this time in Victoria Gate

Another great sketch club social! 

Found the architecture in Victoria Gate a little easier to draw than the decorative and detailed architecture in the Victoria Quarter. Pleased I managed to finish my sketch!

 

New works on display at the English Art Co, Roundhay Park!

New work - I have recently drawn the wonderful, ornate bandstands in Roundhay Park. These are currently on display and for sale via The English Art Co, Mansion House conservatory, Roundhay Park until the end of July.

I was delighted to be commissioned to create the artwork for the prize presented to all of the fabulous winners at the 2022 UK Creative Lives awards! Awarded in recognition of great people doing amazing and very valuable creative projects in their communities.

I am exhibiting work at the Lidgett Lane Larder, 99 Lidget Lane, LS8. 

As well as being a very friendly and great cafe where you can buy

 the best mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini I have ever tasted, 

it also doubles up as a rather lovely exhibition space. 

My work will be on show until October. Come along to the private view this Friday from 5 - 7pm.
